If you believe you have a Pro-Mark product that is faulty due to defects in material or workmanship, please return it to us. Such examples of many include, but are not limited to:


        nylon tips - cracking, chipping, popping off stick
        breaking along grain
        warpage
        wood tips chipping prematurely (with little to no use)
        yarn/cord sliding off mallet head
        mallet head falling off
        loose mallet head (clicking/ticking sound)

The Performance Guarantee does NOT apply to the following:


        misuse of ANY Pro-Mark product
        normal wear and wear
        frayed yarn/cord from normal use
